Your data is used only to handle your request and put you in touch with a professional (steps taken at your request before a contract). It is never used for advertising and never sold.

Recipients

Your request is stored on our request management system and passed to the professional who handles it, nobody else.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up, and at most 3 years after the last contact.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site only uses the technical cookies needed for the form to work securely. Visits are counted without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@immersion-totale.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
